I accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments can also be made with money orders or wire transfers – please Contact me for details.
Free Shipping:
Free basic shipping, to the lower 48 US states, is applied to all “In House” orders. Free shipping excludes oversize items, international shipments and shipments to FPO/APO addresses. To receive free shipping, the total order must be $200 after any discounts are applied. Free shipping is valid with purchase only. Outbound shipping will be deducted from any refund for items that shipped free, but are returned.
48 Hour Approval Policy:
I will gladly send a guitar anywhere in the U.S for trial and approval. The approval period is 48 hours from the time the instrument is received. It must be pre-paid by Paypal, money order or any major credit card. If a return is requested within 48 hours of the guitar’s arrival, a full refund will be issued (less shipping, charges and assuming original condition), or another guitar can be sent on trial.
30 Day Guitar Exchange:
Within 30 days from the date of purchase, I will exchange any guitar toward the purchase of any other instrument of equal or greater value. Providing the instrument is returned in original condition, the full purchase price will be credited.
Product Returns:
Before any items may be returned, a Return Authorization must be obtained by contacting me. I will refuse items returned without proper Return Authorization. Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer until I received and inspected it. Instruments that have been customized cannot be returned except for defect.
Sales of instruments that have been customized (electronic, or pickguards installed or any other customization) are final. No return, refund or exchange will be accepted
