Free Shipping:
Free basic shipping, to the lower 48 US states, is applied to all “In House” orders of $200 or more, processed through our online shopping cart system. Free shipping excludes oversized items, international shipments and shipments to FPO/APO addresses. To receive free shipping, the total order must be $200 after any discounts are applied. Free shipping is valid with purchase only. Outbound shipping will be deducted from any refund for items that shipped free, but are returned.

Shipping charges:
Shipping charges are in US dollars. They are automatically calculated for you by the shopping carts. Just select a shipping method, enter your zip code, then click “Recalculate Shipping.” Shipping charges will be displayed without the need to purchase anything. These charges are determined by weight and include a small handling fee of $1.10.

48 Hour Approval Policy: 
I will gladly send a guitar anywhere in the U.S for trial and approval. The approval period is 48 hours from the time the instrument is received. It must be pre-paid by cashier’s check, money order or any major credit card. If a return is requested within 48 hours of the guitar’s arrival, a full refund will be issued (less shipping charges and assuming original condition), or another guitar can be sent on trial. Guitars purchased at my house do not qualify for the 48 hour approval period.

30 Day Guitar Exchange:
Within 30 days from the date of purchase, I will exchange any guitar toward the purchase of any other instrument of equal or greater value. Providing the instrument is returned in original condition, the full purchase price will be credited.

1 Year Guitar Exchange:
Within one year from the date of purchase, I will exchange any guitar toward the purchase of any other instrument of equal or greater value. Providing the instrument is returned in original condition (less normal wear), 80% of the purchase price excluding tax will be credited.

Accessory Exchange:
Exchanges (store credit only) on unopened accessory items are allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Product Returns:
Before any items may be returned, a Return Authorization must be obtained by contacting me. I will refuse items returned without proper Return Authorization. Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer until I received and inspected it.
